Envision Accounting applies the same security controls, processes and procedures as major banks use for their on-line banking and credit card systems. This not only includes 256 bit SSL security but also advance encryption techniques.

Additionally, you control the information your staff views and what functions they can carry out.

All data is backed up daily at our data center and also at a secure off site location.

Your data belongs to you and not us!  Upon cancellation you have 30 days to request your database. After 30 days the database is deleted. 

Copies of your database can be obtained on an ad hoc or scheduled basis.  Separate fees apply depending on copy plan. 

Envision does not capture social security #s.  Also you do not have enter your actual bank account numbers and bank names.  This means there is little to no sensative data stored in your data base.
